Me and my business partner have been investing in the Florida market for the past 3 years. We have flipped properties, kept some as rentals, and wholesaled some. Always willing to help out any way we can so don't hesitate to reach out.

How much total capital do you have to lend: $50K-$100K
Willing to also partner on flips and wholesales.

Lending criteria

Must have at least 3 deals under your belt.
Must be willing to share contractor info, agent info, and any other party involved.
We do cash on cash as well as equity split, all depends on the deal.
Won't lend on long deals that would be forecasted to take longer than 6 months.
Must have enough spread for a total return of at least 20% (either through equity or cash on cash deal)
