I have been in the Flip Fam since 2022 and look forward to providing as much value to the group as possible.
So far I have done 7 flips myself and I am now in the Hard Money Lending Business. I love everything real estate and I am always looking to build connections with fellow Flip Fam members.

We require at least 1 completed flip in the last 18 months and a minimum 680 credit score.
