Lending criteria
I'm interested in funding second position loans for single family real estate projects.
My rate/term varies, depending on the strength of the deal, the experience of the developer, and the size/location of the project.
I always require a lien on the property as well as a promissory note and a personal guarantee on deals that I participate in.
